WHAT IS CLAUDIO
RPAs are a recent form of business process automation technology based on software robots (bots) or on artificial intelligence (AI)/digital workers.
There are two kinds of RPAs:
- Traditional workflow automation tool, where developers design a list of actions to automate a task using programming interfaces (APIs) or dedicated scripting language;
- RPA systems develop the action list through a graphical user interface (GUI) that repeats any task straight in the same GUI.
Claudio belongs to a third, brand new and unique category that allows people to create automation only with graphical dashboards, using the most advanced features without their classic complexities.
Claudio is the first RPA to make you design your workflow with an easy and intuitive dashboard.
Creating even a very complex automation becomes a linear and logic designing activity using a drag & drop interface.
Moreover, the list of included Apps & Softwares allows you to interconnect single process lines or the entire company, even if you are using “on premise” or third parties solutions.
Claudio is really simple. The simplest way to start is to go through the recipes we designed for your disposal and choose the one that suits your needs the most.
On the other hand you can also ask for a free demo and start moving steps in the environment.
If you have already gone through our recipes but you need a more tailored flow, we suggest you look for a recipe with the core apps you need and change the necessary steps, rather than starting from scratch.
Make use of our screencast videos if things start getting odd or get in touch with us here. There is nothing we can’t create for you.

TECHNICAL FEATURES & ISSUES
Operations are blocks that allow you to do specific and advanced actions inside your flows.
For example:
#math for the sum of numbers highlighted in the previous nodes;
#condition to add actions triggered only in case of specific circumstances;
#flows to prompt, in any part of the flow, a trigger that sets off an external flow. This tool allows you to generate graphically simple, but logically and structurally complex, automations.
In certain scenarios, you can fake two-way syncing by setting up two different flows that perform opposite actions. For instance, you could have one flow that creates a new spreadsheet row for every new contact generated and another that creates a new contact for every new spreadsheet row.
In order for Claudio to automate for you, it needs to have permission to access your data within your app account. This enables Claudio to carry out the flow of actions on your behalf, whether it is creating, searching for or updating an element within your app.
If you notice a delay in your flows triggering, it’s likely because the flow has a polling trigger, which looks for new information from your trigger app once every 1 to 15 minutes. The polling time for your flows varies based on your subscription plan.
Yes. To help ensure availability and quality standards, we set limits to the number of API requests users can make across Claudio’s tiers. Service limits are set against normal usage patterns in both 5-minute and per 24-hour intervals. Most customers will not reach them.
API capacity is tracked based on consumption at the individual user level and the daily limits cannot be pooled at any other level.
API limits are also applicable to application users, non-interactive users, and administrative users.
